Volunteers

We are currently seeking volunteers from 11am- 5:30pm on Saturday, March 31st for the 2012 Suwanee American Craft Beer Fest. The Suwanee Beer Festival could not exist without its volunteer support. Volunteers will be given a limited edition Suwanee Beer Fest shirt and are invited to the volunteer party in mid-March.

Minimum Age Requirements

All beer pouring volunteers must be a minimum of 21 years of age before the event to volunteer.

Your main responsibility as a volunteer is to offer assistance and information to our guests and brewers in your assigned area. Please be courteous and helpful to all participants and offer any assistance to those with special needs. Most volunteers will be assigned to a specific table and be pouring during the event. You will be serving 3oz beer samples to patrons. A high level of professionalism is required, and a knowledge of beers being served is welcomed.

On-Duty Rules

Volunteers may not taste during the event. Remember, as a Suwanee Beer Fest volunteer, we expect that you adhere to all rules & regulations while representing the Suwanee Beer Festival to the public. Anyone taking advantage of this policy will be escorted out of the event. No tasting is allowed while pouring according to GA state law.

Volunteers are invited to a volunteer party on Saturday, April 7th  The party will be catered by Mellow Mushroom. We will celebrate the money raised for Kingdom Kids and enjoy great company, great beer and great food!
