Suwanee Beer Fest is rescheduled to May 30th, 2020!

Suwanee Beer Fest organizers have been carefully monitoring the situation around COVID-19 as it relates to the festival. We have been following updates and recommendations from the CDC, Gwinnett County Health Department and state and local governments.

Given the recent developments, we have made the extremely difficult decision to postpone the 2020 Suwanee Beer Festival to Saturday, May 30th, 2020. With businesses and schools canceling, many of our breweries and vendors were not going to be able to attend due to company mandates. Some volunteers and attendees were uncomfortable attending and we felt our ability to put on Suwanee Beer Festival at the caliber we aim to deliver was compromised.

If you are a ticket holder, your ticket will be good for the new date. Current ticket holders who are unable to attend the new date will have seven days, beginning today, March 13th, 2020, to request a refund through Big Tickets. We will refund the full ticket price minus the processing fees.

If you cannot attend the new date, reach out to this email for a refund: support@bigtickets.com.

We are grateful to all of you who made plans to attend this year’s Suwanee Beer Fest. It is heartbreaking to have to change the date, but the safety and health of attendees, vendors, volunteers, brewers and the community at large is paramount. We are dedicated to putting on the best event possible that people look forward to all year, and we felt that postponing the event was the best way to keep that promise to our attendees, vendors, participating breweries and staff. We hope most everyone can attend the new date and will work hard to make it the best beer festival yet.
